Yes, this bread uses a very fragrant and delicious cinnamon powder topping. In addition, the method of making this bread is also very simple and of course you can make it easily. Well, the ingredients that you have to prepare to make bread are of course very easy for you to find and you can buy them at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are mineral water, cinnamon powder, flour, yeast, margarine, powdered milk, salt and sugar. After you have prepared all these ingredients, now let's start with the first step.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place, put 20 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 sachet of powdered milk and half a cup of yeast. After that, stir the kerint ingredients until well blended.
The second step, after you have stirred the dry ingredients until they are well blended, then add enough mineral water to the dry ingredients and then knead the dough by hand until the dough is half soft.
The third step, after the dough has been kneaded until it is half smooth, now add 2 tablespoons of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt into the dough. Then, knead the dough again with your hands until the dough becomes smooth.
Fourth step, after the dough is smooth, then cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double in size for 1 hour depending on your room temperature.
Fifth step, after the dough has doubled in size than before, then cut the dough with the same weight and then round all the dough until it's finished. After that, cover the dough again and let the dough relax for 15 minutes.
Fifth step, after the dough has been cut and rounded until it's finished, then take 3 dough and roll it lengthwise like the photo above. Then, arrange the dough into 3 parts and braid the dough crosswise. Repeat this step until all is done.
The sixth step, after all the dough has been braided to completion, then arrange the dough on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine. Then, cover the dough again with a cloth and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Seventh step, after the dough has doubled in size, then spread margarine on the bread and sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste over all the dough. Besides cinnamon, you can use anything else according to your wishes.
The last step, after all the dough has been sprinkled with cinnamon powder, then all you have to do is prepare the oven and preheat it for 10 minutes. After the oven is hot, put the baking sheet in and bake the mixture at 160 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 30 minutes depending on the oven you are using.
And finally, you can serve this bread to your family or friends.
