Happy weekend to all of you who are on vacation with your family, I hope your holiday is fun and fine. Thank you to all hivers and the community who have visited my previous post, what do you think? Have you made it yet? Share the moment below this post. So, on this weekend, Ema and I will share a bread recipe filled with chocolate. For you chocolate lovers, maybe I really recommend this recipe. The method of making bread is also very simple and easy. So, for those of you who are interested in making this recipe, just see below, good luck.
Well, the ingredients that you have to prepare to make this bread are very simple and you can buy them at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are flour, chocolate paste, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, margarine, milo, powdered milk, yeast, melted chocolate, chocolate bars and mineral water. After all the recipe ingredients you have prepared, now let's start the first step.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place, put 20 tablespoons of flour, half a tablespoon of yeast, 1 tablespoon of powdered milk and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. After that, stir in the dry ingredients until well blended.
The second step, after the dry ingredients have been stirred until well blended, then add enough water, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and enough chocolate paste. Then, knead the dough by hand until the dough becomes half smooth.
The third step, after the dough has become half smooth, then add 1 tablespoon of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt. Then, knead the dough again by hand until the dough is really soft and smooth.
The fourth step, after the dough is smooth or soft, then cover the dough with a cloth and let the dough double in size for 1 hour depending on your room temperature.
Fifth step, after the dough has doubled in size than before, what you have to do next is place the dough on a work surface and sprinkle flour so it doesn't stick. Then, cut the dough into several pieces with the same weight and size. Then, round all the dough like the photo above. After rounding, let the dough relax for 15 minutes.
The sixth step, after all the dough has been rounded, then flatten the dough using a rolling pin and roll the dough lengthwise. Repeat this step until all the dough is finished.
Seventh step, after all the dough has been flattened and rolled until it's finished, then prepare a baking sheet and spread margarine on it. Then, arrange the dough on the baking sheet neatly and cover the dough again with a cloth, let the dough rise again for 30 minutes.
The eighth step, after the dough has expanded, now prepare the oven and preheat the oven for just a few minutes. After the oven is hot, put in the tin and bake the dough at 180 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 15 or 25 minutes depending on the oven you use.
Ninth step, after the dough is cooked and becomes a loaf, then what you have to do is melt enough chocolate bars over boiling water like the photo above.
The last step, after the chocolate bar has melted completely, now dip the bread into the chocolate, make a hole in the bottom of the bread and fill it with chocolate jam or melted chocolate until it's finished. Repeat until all the buns are done.
And finally, you can serve chocolate cream bread to your family or friends. To make it more delicious, you can add milo at the top. The taste of this bread is really very good and I really like it, because on all sides there is very tasty and soft chocolate. Chocolate lovers must make this bread at home. Thank you to all hivers who have supported my post today. Don't forget to give your suggestions and support for me and Ema to be more enthusiastic about making the next recipe. See you and good luck.
