Well, on this sunny Thursday, Ema and I will share another donut recipe with you. I don't get bored, I share a unique and of course delicious donut recipe for you. This donut uses caramel at the top and you will definitely like this donut. So, for those of you who are interested in this recipe, just take a look at the recipe below until it's finished. Well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make these caramel donuts are of course very cheap and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, yeast, margarine, eggs and water. after you have prepared all these ingredients, now let's start the first step of making caramel donuts.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 20 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, half a tablespoon of yeast and 3 tablespoons of sugar. after that, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a spoon only.
the second step, after you have stirred the dry mixture until well blended, then all you have to do is add enough mineral water and 1 egg. then, knead the dough until half smooth by hand.
the third step, after the dough has been kneaded until well mixed and also the dough becomes half smooth, then all you have to do is enter 1 tablespoon of margarine and also half a teaspoon of salt. then, you can mix the dough until smooth or you can knead the dough by hand.
the fourth step, after the dough is soft and also smooth, the next thing you have to do is cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough rise for about 40 minutes depending on your room temperature.
the fifth step, after the dough has doubled from before, the next thing you have to do is weigh and cut the dough with each dough weighing 50 grams and round it like the photo above.
the sixth step, after the dough has been weighed and cut according to what I said before, the next thing you have to do is take the dough that you first rounded and then make a hole in the middle like the photo above. Repeat until all the dough has been punched in the middle. After that, cover and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes so that the dough expands more.
seventh step, after the dough has expanded from before, then prepare a frying pan and put enough cooking oil. Then, heat the cooking oil until it's really hot. After the cooking oil is hot, add the donut mixture and bake it until it turns brown on low heat.
the eighth step, after all the dough has been fried to completion, the next thing you have to do is prepare another pan and put enough sugar into the pan. then, cook the sugar until it becomes a caramel using only low heat.
the last step, after you have cooked the granulated sugar until it becomes caramelized, the next thing you have to do is dip the donut into the caramel like the photo above. repeat this step until all the donuts have been dipped in caramel.
and finally, after all the donuts have been dipped in caramel, now you can serve these caramel donuts to your family or friends. well, to taste like donuts in general, what distinguishes these donuts is the caramel topping is very delicious and also like candy.
