Foodies Homemade: Uncommon Spaghetti Preparation

in #hive-1205863 years ago

Spaghetti belongs to the family of Pastas, which has overtime found its way into every continent. While in school, I saw first hand, different methods of preparing Spaghetti but I chose this uncommon method.

A Glimpse of the ingredients needed are on the collage below.

My Uncommon Procedure For Spaghetti Preparation

After gathering the needed items together, have your pot with some water steaming, and put your crushed spaghetti according to desired size. This is because it comes in long strands.

Crushed according to my choice with a strand by the side in case you like it that way 🙂.

The Spaghetti per boiling. Yes, that's the uncommon method I use. Every other persons I come in contact with don't per boil.

While your spaghetti is left steaming for about 15minutes, you can use it and get other items ready. You can cut your onion bulb

Thereafter, grind your pepper and crayfish. I chose to grind the crayfish first. I used a manual grinder due to lack of electricity to power my blender.

To see the efforts it took in grinding the crayfish as well as some of the other procedures, you can watch the clip below

After boiling the spaghetti for about 15mins, remove from the fire source and sieve the slimming water. I do it to reduce the amount of calories too.

After mixing to satisfaction, put the pot back on the fireplace and continue mixing together for heat and uniformity.

Then, leave the pot on the fireplace for about 3mins, and guess what 😉. Our food is ready.

Bon appetit 🍝

While I prepared it according to my taste and preference, you can do likewise based on your preference. I sometimes add turmeric powder as spices but currently short of it 😔.

I will be happy to see you try this at home and tell the taste. What do you think about the way I boil my spaghetti and sieve out the water?

All images are mine, and were taken using my phone. Thanks for your supports and encouragements.
