Happy Sunday everyone and hello world.
I want to share with you what I did today on how to save the leftovers and make it a tastier dish.
Last night we are so blessed because we had an unexpected guest who brought us delicious food and at that time I also prepared food for dinner. So there was some leftover fried fish because we couldn't eat it anymore and the food of our guest brought was tastier compared to what I prepared fried fish. What I did was put the leftovers in the fridge.
So, today to make our leftover fried fish look more appetizing and prevent it from rotting and being thrown away, I thought of making this delicious sweet and sour fish. And I will share with you today what I did.
Ingredients
Leftover fried fish
Pineapple juice
Pineapple tidbits
Cornstarch
Ketchup
Brown sugar
Vinegar
Water
Carrots
Ginger
Garlic
Onions
Bell pepper
Salt
Magic sarap
Cooking oil
Preparation
First wash and cut the ginger, bell pepper, carrots, garlic and onions and keep aside.
Then we will make the sauce for sweet and sour.
In a mixing bowl pour pineapple juice, vinegar, water, ketchup, diluted cornstarch, brown sugar, salt, magic sarap and mix well until smooth and taste it. When the taste is right keep it aside.
Cooking
Take a frying pan and place it on the fire and put exact amount of cooking oil. Saute first the ginger until it is aromatic.
And add the garlic, onions saute it until golden brown. And also add the bell pepper and carrots.
After a while add the sweet and sour sauce and add the pineapple tidbits and mix well. And simmer until it thickens.
And finally add the leftover fried fish. After a while you can serve it.
Here's my cooked dish.
That's all about my food recipe today and I hope you like it. And thank you for reading this and I really appreciate it. And see you in my next food recipe. Happy sunday once again.
