And today I'm not feeling well. I felt a little cold and tired. So maybe this is how I felt because of a few days of pulling weeds and trimming the plants in the yard. And now I thought of a way to make me sweat besides exercising. And my sister told me to eat spicy food or sip hot soup. So I thought about what to cook to relieve my feelings. So I want to cook a spicy soup with soy sauce. So I thought of cooking "chicken halang-halang". And I want to share it with you. And now let's start gather the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
Chicken ( bone parts)
Chayote
Garlic
Onions
Ginger
Spring Onions
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Salt
Magic sarap
Black pepper
Chili
Cooking oil
PREPARATION STEPS
Peel and slice the garlic, onions, and Ginger.
Similarly, cut the spring onions and chili into small pieces.
And also peel and cut the chayote.
After washing the chicken, take some garlic and onions. Put it on the chicken.
Follow the soy sauce, and vinegar, and add a little salt because the soy sauce is salty also add the magic sarap.
And give it a massage. Keep it aside.
COOKING
Put cooking oil in a hot pan.
Saute the garlic, onions, and ginger.
Next put the chicken and cover and let it boil.
And if it boils, add water and mix. Let it boil again.
And add the chayote and black pepper and mix well. After a while taste it.
And if it suits your taste serve it and top it with chili and spring onions.
This is my cooked chicken Halang-Halang. I sweated because the soup was so spicy and I felt relieved.
