Maybe for some in any part of the country, they must have a characteristic in preparing fast food, not much different from Indonesia.

In Indonesia, there are many varieties of making fast food, one of which is Kalasan Chicken. Chicken with traditional spices is very easy to make. Just buy spices at the market, usually I will buy a pack of kalasan spices at a price of 3000 rupiah. It is very practical and will save us money.

Usually one pack of kalasan is enough for 1 kg of chicken. Without having to mix spices and measure salt and sugar, it is very economical and practical. Usually it will last for 1 week in the refrigerator, if you want to eat just fry it.

Well, to prepare it, we just need to wash the chicken very clean and coat it with lemon juice, then coat it with salt. After that wait 5 minutes and rinse again with clean water. Then mix the spices with the chicken and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. After the water shrinks, turn off the stove and let it cool. Put it in a jar and close it tightly, don't forget to put it in the refrigerator, and fry it when you want to eat it!

Very practical for those of us who have high mobility. Besides being healthy, this chicken is without preservatives and flavoring. It tastes so luxurious and juicy!
