I want to share the recipe for these great cookies that I made very quickly and easily.
The products I used are:
- 2 chocolate flavored protein puddings
- 6 rice cakes
- 75 g of dark chocolate
- 2 servings of whey protein again with chocolate flavor
I poured the puddings into a bowl and crumbled the rice balls.
I added the protein and mixed well by hand.
I used a cookie cutter to shape the cookies.
I put them in the refrigerator compartment to set for a few hours.
During this time, I melted the chocolate in a water bath.
I dipped the top side of the cookies in the chocolate and here they are ready to eat.
