Fire noodles will literally burn your tongue, your throat, and your stomach. That's if you can't stand spicy. For spicy enthusiasts, hot and spicy are the best friends to kill dizziness during a tiring day at work or after thinking about a lot of work.
In my area, we are familiar with various spicy dishes served with various levels of spicy level. Consumers just need to be aware of the level of their body's ability to accept spicy tastes, and that's not an experiment. If you can't stand the crazy spicy taste like the fire that will burn your tongue, then say no. If you still want to try, maybe you will also get gastric disorders and it will be very torturous.
So I don't recommend people who are not familiar with spicy taste to try this menu. This menu is pleasing to the eye, but not necessarily good for those who hate the spicy taste.
Fire Noodles, Mixed Black peppers With Red Chilies 🌶
The Fire Noodles that I made this time have seasoning in the form of black pepper. So, the seasoning that has been provided in the instant noodles package is black pepper powder.
To create a spicier, very spicy taste, to my liking, I added Red Chilies powder. That's crazy.
Fresh Veggies
In addition to serving noodles, I add fresh veggies. Kyuri Cucumber and Purple Cabbage.
The crunchy texture of these veggies will help the noodles have a richer texture. It will also help our tongues calm down a bit with a fresh cold sensation from the kyuri cucumber that has previously been stored in the refrigerator.
Serving Noodles
Before cooking noodles, make sure the complementary ingredients are ready to serve. That's to avoid the texture of the noodles becoming enlarged because it's been submerged in the sauce for too long.
Here I am slicing the kyuri cucumber. I also sliced red cabbage. After that is done, next I prepare the noodles.
Cook noodles in boiling water, for no more than 3 minutes. Or, adjust it according to the time stated on the noodle package. Each type of noodle has a different cooking time because it has a different level of thickness and elasticity.
While waiting for the noodles, prepare the gravy in a serving bowl. In addition to red chilies powder, I also added garlic powder to make them taste even more savory.
Serve the noodles with slices of fresh veggies and sprinkled with red chilies powder. Again! 🔥 🔥 🔥
I really like serving noodles this way. The sauce is very spicy. When it entered my body, it was like expelling the annoying things in the body in my mind.
Well, actually, this spicy food is my regular ritual if I feel dizzy and tired after work. The thing to note, not dizzy because of sick moment. It's completely different. 😊
