MY AMARANTH SMOOTHIE BREAKFAST

What is amaranth? Do you know this plant, guys?
It was one of main food of our ancestors some centuries ago. Now it's almost forgotten, and it's a great pity.
This plant is very powerful and healthy.

I discovered it some years ago when I studied healthy food, and now it always lives in my kitchen.
It's hard to find it in markets. Ordinary shops don't sell it, so the only way out are online marketplaces where I buy it.

Now I'll show you my amaranth breakfast that is loved by my son and me.

  • coconut
  • fruits
  • amaranth

At first we should cook amaranth.
We need just 15-20 min and hot water.


Then we can add different berries or fruits to it.
I like the variant of amaranth smoothie when I blend it with some fruits and coconut.


This time I took peaches + coconut +amaranth = it was super tasty!
1 Min in the blender makes great nutritious smoothie of these ingredients.

I guess amaranth is what the old people are saying—it has a lot of nutrients that fight several diseases. I have not seen one before until I saw this post. Thanks for sharing it.
