Never heard of this before. Very cool idea. We have been using the Food Saver System for freezing meat for many years. When my husband was laid off from his job it was a lifesaver because we never had to worry about having something to eat. We bought meat when it was on sale and portioned it out and put it in the food-saver bags. Still do that.
