On this sunny day, I woke up with high spirits. I know that today is the day I have been waiting for, namely the day to harvest mangoes in the garden next to my house. After showering and having breakfast, I waited for my mango seller to harvest the fruit. Not long after, the mango buyer I was waiting for came. I immediately put on comfortable clothes and went straight out.
Arriving at the garden, I saw tempting mangoes with ripeness starting to even out. Carefully, the fruit buyers began to pick the ripe mangoes one by one. The fresh aroma of mangoes immediately wafts out when buyers pick them. Some of the fruits are big and sweet, while others are still a little small and green, waiting for the right time to be harvested again.
As the day began to fade, the buyer managed to collect a basket full of mangoes. With a satisfied smile, I brought the harvest to put it in a basket and took it to the buyer of the fruit. The fruit buyer greeted him in a friendly manner, and after checking the quality of the mango he offered him a fair price.
I feel happy to be able to share the harvest with others, after the transaction is complete. I returned home with a happy heart and a mind full of plans to enjoy mangoes with my family and neighbors. Moments like this are not only about harvesting fruit, but also about happiness and togetherness that can be enjoyed with the people closest to you.
After I returned home, I happily told my family about my experience of harvesting mangoes. They all smiled when they heard my story and couldn't wait to taste the fresh mangoes. Without waiting long, they all gathered on the back terrace of the house with large bowls ready to be filled with pieces of mango. I carefully cut the mango into beautiful and tempting pieces. As they began to enjoy the mango, its sweet aroma immediately filled the air. They laughed and joked and enjoyed every bite of fresh and delicious mango fruit. Several families and neighbors also joined in the togetherness, making the moment even more festive.
While enjoying mangoes, they shared stories and laughed. I feel most grateful to have a mango garden next to my house, because it not only provides delicious fruit. But it is also an opportunity to gather and share happiness with those closest to you. After that day full of happiness ended, I promised myself to take better care of this mango garden. So that I can feel happiness like every year, for me the mango garden is not only a place to harvest fruit, but also a place where sweet memories and happiness are created with my family and those closest to me.
