This weekend my family was visiting my house. They know that I have been doing repairs and remodeling at home for a while now so they told me they would come over to help me clean up and do things that need to be done.

Por eso quité el techo del patio, hasta que pudiera corregir la inclinación de estas vigas.

Trajeron costilla de res, chorizo picante y varios filetes. Me disculpo si hay algún vegano, pero de verdad que quedó muy buena la parrilla y lo genial es que las otras cosas para acompañar el asado las sacamos del huerto. La yuca, o mandioca, ya la tenía yo y el ají con el que se hizo una salsa también lo tenia en mi huerto.

Terminamos las reparaciones en poco menos de 4 horas, ya después limpiamos y organizamos para servir la carne y disfrutar el resto del día en familia.
