3D adapted from @japex1226 design
One of the things I was doing during the weekend was making the new MEME BEE design by @japex1226 3D for a project I am working on.
To make the task sweet and simple I edited @japex1226's design using monstermash.zone. It's a good resource if you are a 2D artist but don't have much 3D software knowledge. Not a great application but it's free and can work decently in a pinch or, in my case, simple prototyping.

The 3D model still needs some work but for what I am planning to do it's good enough for now. Monstermash.zone did't extrapolate the back of the model well due to the limited detail that can be extracted from the 2D image. There are some empty gaps and the face is mirrored in the back of MEME BEE's 3D head. Those are details that I'll need to correct some other time when another project requires a back view of MEME BEE.
Another thing that monstermash.zone can do that I won't be focusing on for my current project is animation. Using control pins I could move the wings and antennae. If I draw more detailed segments I could also move the lower body more freely.
Anyway, @memehive now has a rudimentary GLB file for MEME BEE. There are other updates from @memehive that will be posted this week. Please be sure to keep an eye out for those.
