Hace muchísimo tiempo que no hacia un maquillaje de Catrina y hoy empecé a maquillarme temprano para que me diera tiempo de terminar, estos maquillajes de Catrina me encantan pero llevan horas de trabajo por todos los detalles que hay que dibujar alrededor aunque siento que para mí lo más difícil siempre será pintar los dientes sea un maquillaje de Catrina o un maquillaje de calavera, los dientes siempre me quedan extraños jajaja, además que me da una sensación horrible pasar la brocha fina por mi boca.
Hoy elegí trabajar con azul y algunos detalles en amarillo, pero tambien quise añadir algo de brillo a este look y me pareció interesante usar dos sombras monocromáticas, una en los ojos que es un tono naranja que cambia a verde y amarillo y en la nariz un azul que cambia a morado, me encanto darle este toque diferente con estas sombras tan lindas y brillantes, realmente disfrute mucho este maquillaje, hacer tantos detalles pequeños me hizo relajarme bastante, espero que les guste.
- Para comenzar mi maquillaje limpie e hidrate mi rostro, luego empecé a aplicar pegamento en barra en mis cejas para poder trabajar encima de ellas cómodamente, luego tome pintura corporal blanca en crema y la aplique por todo el rostro y la difumine con la beauty blender, selle con polvo traslucido para luego comenzar a pintar la cuenca de los ojos con negro.
- Hoy probe mi nueva paleta de pinturas corporales a base de agua de la marca UNCABE y comencé usando el azul oscuro, realmente es muy buena y su pigmentación es perfecta, empecé a realizar los detalles en azul comenzando desde la frente, luego alrededor de la cuenca de los ojos, la nariz y otras decoraciones alrededor, tambien use azul claro para rellenar con puntos y pétalos en diferentes zonas del rostro, luego aplique el amarillo, se me ocurrió agregar sombra monocromática en los ojos y nariz, me gusto bastante ese acabado brillante que quedaba, creo que es bastante apropiado para una catrina ya que se caracterizan por tener muchos detalles y ser bastante exuberante, después comencé con la peor parte que fue pintar los dientes, aquí tarde muchísimo tiempo, pero hice lo mejor que pude, tambien pinte mi cuello de negro y los bordes del rostro para dar una forma mas “calaverica” al contorno de mi rostro, agregue algunos detalles mas como decoraciones en la barbilla y en los pómulos y termine el maquillaje colocando los lentes de contacto blanco, normalmente siempre me coloco los lentes de contacto antes de empezar el maquillaje pero hoy quise hacerlo al revés (gran error) me costó muchísimo ponérmelos porque me daba miedo arruinar el maquillaje eso hizo que me pinchara los ojos varias veces hasta llorar y dañar parte del maquillaje, sin embargo, logre arreglarlo para las fotos.

It's been a long time since I did a Catrina make up and today I started to do my make up early to give me time to finish, I love these Catrina make ups but they take hours of work because of all the details that have to be drawn around them although I feel that for me the most difficult thing will always be to paint the teeth whether it's a Catrina make up or a skull make up, the teeth always look strange hahaha, besides it gives me a horrible feeling to pass the thin brush through my mouth.
Today I chose to work with blue and some details in yellow, but I also wanted to add some brightness to this look and I found interesting to use two monochromatic shadows, one on the eyes which is an orange tone that changes to green and yellow and on the nose a blue that changes to purple, I love to give this different touch with these shadows so nice and bright, I really enjoyed this makeup, doing so many small details made me relax a lot, I hope you like it.
- To start my makeup I cleaned and moisturized my face, then I started to apply glue stick on my eyebrows to be able to work on them comfortably, then I took white cream body paint and applied it all over my face and blended it with the beauty blender, sealed with translucent powder and then started to paint the eye socket with black.
- Today I tried my new UNCABE water based body paint palette and I started using the dark blue, it really is very good and its pigmentation is perfect, I started to make the details in blue starting from the forehead, then around the eye socket, the nose and other decorations around, I also used light blue to fill in with dots and petals in different areas of the face, then I applied the yellow, it occurred to me to add monochromatic shadow in the eyes and nose, I quite liked that shiny finish that was left, I think it is quite appropriate for a catrina as they are characterized by having many details and be quite exuberant, then I started with the worst part which was painting the teeth, here it took me a long time, but I did the best I could, I also painted my neck in black and the edges of the face to give a more "calaveric" shape to the contour of my face, I added some more details like decorations on the chin and cheekbones and I finished the make up by putting the white contact lenses, normally I always put the contact lenses on before starting the makeup but today I wanted to do it the other way around (big mistake) it was very hard to put them on because I was afraid of ruining the makeup and that made me poke my eyes several times until I cried and damaged part of the makeup, however, I managed to fix it for the pictures.
