Well, as usual, I will discuss the posting problem, namely in the field of workshop work, there are various types of work that we do in this workshop, such as body repair services, welding and painting and repairing machines, or mechanical parts, our workshop is not a well-known repair shop, our workshop it's just a street repair shop but the consumer's trust that we need in the field of work, what do we have we manage well-known workshops or workshops with less consumer trust in us, it's better for us to do what we can do even though it's a street repair shop. Even though it's a sidewalk workshop, the results of the work are most prioritized by consumers who need our labor or our services, even so, our workshop is never empty or there are many, every day we get orders from friends, because we have been entrusted by friends. and other consumers. Many consumers come to our place or around the area or outside the area, like yesterday we were brought in, namely a panther pick-up car that collided. So, thanks to information from our friends, we got the tender. They know we are able to finish it perfectly, therefore these consumers are not pressured by our skills or abilities in this field of workshop work, while we do not brag about our abilities and we often share experiences with our friends. around the field of workshop work because we do not take this skill with us, and this skill is a mere deposit given by the creator of nature. And we are also grateful because we are able to solve various kinds of consumer problems and we are able to solve them even though they are not like factory defaults which are important like around 75% that is already great, what we need to know in this field of work we must be confident and must be brave in overcoming something that it is impossible to do it with force or hands, because humans have advantages and disadvantages and the results of human work and machine work are definitely different, but around 75% is said to be the most formidable work for us among street vendors.....
Alright friends, these are the jobs we are currently working on. And we just received the Panther pick up in 2008 which crashed on the highway, so this Panther pick up car competed with a car, namely the Avanza car, and it was quite bad that the front part was all destroyed and could no longer be used or knocked back. because it was very strong, so all the bodies were destroyed. Fortunately, the driver didn't have anything happen to them, they were fine, so we had to dismantle all the front surfaces of the body for us to rehab, so the damaged materials had to be replaced with new ones. So before we replace the new materials, we must maximize all the car's frame parts first so that it doesn't tilt, the position of all and/or the position must be as before, maybe this work is very complicated, and it takes us so long to rest again, and we can no longer use this part of the hood on the folded engine and also the fender and the front bumper. And this must cost us quite a lot of money to rebuild, namely this 2008 Panther car, because the materials cost millions of rupiah per panel. And the front lights were all broken and again the water radiator or AC radiator couldn't be used anymore and had to be replaced too, and this water radiator costs more or less nearly 1 million and also the AC radiator is almost the same as the price of a water radiator almost up to 1 million rupiah too, and not yet with the cost of work services. So it is estimated that the total cost required is 25 million...
And this also has a tender, namely the engine or mechanic service section so all the bodies must be dismantled so this car must also be rehabilitated so it's like the body must be rehabilitated and along with the car engine, and this also takes a very long time for us to process the job,, so at the moment our workshop is very crowded with the jobs we get that is through our friends out there who entrust us to repair these cars. We also get orders for their services, so we are very grateful for what we have now because our friends really trust us in the field of work and we are also very lucky to have our friends who want to help us in the field of work in the field of workshops, with them we are also very lucky because our workshops are not empty of consumers who trust our expertise, and we are very grateful to our friends who want to always help us...
And our workshop also opens vacancies for STNK students who practice at our place, and we are also very lucky with their services that have helped us in our work because these students are currently practicing at our place, and we are also very helped by their staff. , and we don't waste their energy, we also benefit those who have helped us here. And we don't waste them...
we forbid them to be successful in the future because their success is the most important in the future because they are the next generation of this workshop tomorrow if we don't exist tomorrow, so it's this generation that we must guide so that they can be successful in the future. And every year we definitely open vacancies for STNK students, even though our workshop is a street vendor workshop but we open job vacancies for students, because these students are very important for the next generation of the nation and they also work with great confidence because they want to be successful like other people , I am also proud of them, because they are very confident in their own patience...
