Hello friends, welcome to meet again in my following post, on this occasion I will post some pictures that I have done today in my daily activities, before I thought of greetings to all communities around the world and around the world. Wherever you are, I hope you will always be given success and given health so you can carry out activities as usual. Alright friends in this post I will share my experience in my field of work today, experience in the field of work is very important for anyone because without experience we can't do something we want that is more perfect, Alright this time I'm working on panther pick up car, the year of manufacture was 1997, in our area battered cars like this are still used by the community for their daily operations. This is what I want to explain how to do it, namely painting a car that is good and perfect...
In the beginning, if this car is indeed decaying or porous in the car media, at first we do the welding stages first before we do the next process, after we finish welding and the body forms are said to be neat, then we do the stages, namely cleaning the media that is in welding ketok, how to clean it, we rub it using dregs, namely sand ascetic numbered 90 or 80,, after we rub it aground and it is completely clean, we wipe it using a cloth, after that we just do the stages, namely caulking, and we have to do the caulking really thorough, and the lines on the body must form as before after we do the connection evenly and we wait a few days at the fastest 2 days then we rub it using sandpaper with sandpaper number 150. After we do the rubbing evenly with sandpaper number 150 then we repeat again with sandpaper number 320...
And we have to do it carefully so that we rub it smoothly so that it removes spots or pores on the surface so that later our epoxy doesn't extend our own work so we have to do it carefully and have to really understand in the field of painting. The job of painting this car is not very easy, because the work is very thorough and really has to be smooth, after it is really smooth and smooth and we are sure that the media is evenly distributed, we rub it until it is really smooth and smooth, then we do the second stage, namely the stage epoxy paint...
And this is the epoxy that I used, namely epoxy Nippon 2000, so the method of mixing is 1 to 1, yes, that's one hard dinner paint, before we stir it into another container, it's better if we stir the paint in one can, we stir it so that it is evenly distributed during 1 minute or 30 seconds, after that we just pour it into another container for us to mix with the Hard dinner...
After that, we just painted the parts of the car, we also had to be careful so that it didn't have time to melt or flow, and we did it evenly, we only had 2 layers of epoxy...And this is the result that I have done, namely a panther pick-up car, this is just the exposure stage. There is still the last stage, namely the stage of increasing the paint color, so we plan to make the color super black. After that, we epoxy it, then we are picky again which one has visible pores with plastic grass. After that, we rub it with sandpaper for number 320 until it is the same, after we rub it with number 320, then we repeat it again with dregs number 600...
Alright, friends, this is all I can convey in my post this time, because the car isn't perfect yet, and wait for my post in the painting post, namely the super black color of a 1997 Panther car. Alright, this is all I can say this time so that so it's a benefit for the whole community with methods or experience in the field of painting or car repair.
Enough here first and thank you...
