It's a pleasure to be here once again to share with you all what I prepared for lunch which is catfish.
I bought two fishes because I realized one won't be enough for me despite the fact that things are really costly now. The two cost 5000 naira which is roughly $3.45.
Requirements:
- Two cat fish
- Fresh Pepper
- Onions
- Ginger
- Salt and Maggi
- Water
The following are the processing I used.
First step:
The first step was to cut the fish into smaller parts then wash them. I washed the fish for almost four times then I put them inside the pot.
This is because there were broken eggs, faeces and blood on fish so I did that process just to make it clean and look nice
Step two:
I added the required ingredients which were maggi, onions, pepper, ginger and salt to bring out the taste. I needed it to be pepperish so I added a lot of sliced fresh pepper.
Step three: I mixed up the ingredients then I put it on the fire for like ten minutes to boil because I used gas cooker. During this process, I checked it to if the ingredients were okay. I added a little more maggi to it.
Step four:
This is the final step where I got my result. It is done and I put it down from fire. Here my delicious catfish is ready for devouring.
