Foodie: Preparing A 100% Plant Based Meal

Errm, I don't think I factored in the salt I added when considering the title of the post. I will leave you to decide the percentage of the plant based food after subtracting the salt content.

The meal is a simple local sauce for unripe plantain boiled. The constituents are as follows:

  • GANGRONEMA latifolium (Called Utazi in hubbies language)
