The meal is a simple local sauce for unripe plantain boiled. The constituents are as follows:
- GANGRONEMA latifolium (Called Utazi in hubbies language)
Utazi Leaves (After slicing)
Utazi Leaves (Before slicing).
- Next is onion bulb
- Unriped Plantain
- Ugba (Oil Bean Seed)
