This reminds me of the first pc I bought, back in 2000. I think it was an HP? All I know, is it was being used by the rental company I was working for. They used it to keep track of their U-Haul sales. How they even managed to do that... I've no idea LOL. I paid $100.00 for the whole thing; tower, keyboard, mouse, monitor... I'm thinking it was running Win 98 LOLOLOL. Anyway... I bought an extra memory stick, from a guy I knew. Put it back together... pushed the power button... nothing.

It was then, that I learned how expensive pc repair was. I also learned the importance of the "stand offs" (those little screws, that secure your motherboard, and keep the motherboard from touching the side of the tower 🤣🤪😝)... I digress. I think what you are doing, is quite clever. One man's trash, is indeed one mans treasure. My last pc build, was back in 2006. So as you can imagine... I do not have the knowledge to help on this. However.... I'm going to TAG a Soul Brother, that might be able to share some words of wisdom! @jacobpeacock ... any chance you could offer some ideas? Thank you, brother!
