I´m good. The week was very tough and I was sooo tired all the time. But I am taking it slow on the weekend now. 😊 Just this little post, and then only relaxing and meeting with friends during the rest of the weekend.
In this post, I have something special for you.
Some time ago, I introduced our Hive Music Video Foundation to you.
We founded this initiative last year with the goal to give Hive musicians the chance to produce their own music videos.
Right now, we are in the first phase of our initiative: To build up our team and funds.
We are currently 3 core members - @solymi @indiebandguru and myself, and got two other members during the last months: @basilmarples and @tibfox. Thanks for joining our team guys!!
We are also partnered with @blocktunes who is a distribution service for music to all majoy platforms and also via NFTs. Blocktunes is full of features and if you are a musician, you should definitely have a look at that and considering using their service!
To build up our network and funds, we are currently partnering up with different communities on Hive and interview Hive musicians.
We already had 12 interviews with awesome artists and more are in the pipeline!

We hope this to be something Hive project creators go to when they need musicial talent, for games, live shows or whatever else they are creating where music is part of. 🎵

NEW PARTNERSHIP
We´ve recently partnered up with the DIYHub Community on Hive! 🎉
It´s an initiative aiming to support people all over the world who put in the effort to share practical knowledge with the Hive blockchain.
Once a month, they release a contest with great prizes. This month, the contest is connected to our HMVF and we sponsored some of the prizes.
This months contest topic is: Music Video Set/Prop
Deadline: 27th of April 2023
You can craft whatever you wish that has something to do with the topic.
I think their contest is great! Because people have so much freedom, concerning the materials and medium you use. It just needs to be any DIY stuff. If I had more time, I would participate myself, because it´s a great concept. So don´t miss it guys.

Well guys, the HMVF is still a small project, but a very important one for me. I hope that we can create a change for the musicians on Hive in the long term.
Music is often an undervalued art. Many people have no idea how much time and work it needs to create a song. And how much knowledge you need to gain first to be able to create a song that sounds good. It took me years of practice.
Therefore I hope to make a change for every musicians that is currently undervalued. Still a very long way to go for this goal, but you need to start somewhere. 😉
That´s why I am asking you all to please support our HMVF project by following, upvoting or even sharing it. And if you know any musicians on Hive that you think deserve to get more exposure then please let us know!
